The Seashell - Amazing views, Pet friendly, multiple decks, close to ocean!

Welcome to the Seashell! This is a brand new luxury beach house ready for your enjoyment! Parking outside with an outdoor shower. Come relax on the patio sofa and sip on your coffee as you take in the sunrise. Outdoor and indoor dinner table. House has brand new appliances with a washer/dryer for your convenience. Keyless door lock, Nest smart thermostat, ceiling fans with remote controls in every room. Memory foam mattresses for all the beds. 2 blocks from the ocean and a ten minute walk to the main beach! Relax with the whole family at the Seashell!

Outdoor Space:
Plenty of parking on the driveway. Outdoor shower to wash off after a long beach day. The garage is our storage room and won't be available to the guests. Plenty of patio sofa seating with an outdoor dining table that can seat six.

Living Room:
Plush soft sofas to relax on. 60-inch flat-screen smart TV with all streaming apps available. Nest smart thermostat with brand new AC to keep you cool in those summer months. Brand new in-house washer/dryer.

Kitchen:
Brand new appliances (Fridge, electric stove, dishwasher) for your use. Basic pots/pans, silverware, drinking glasses, and cups for your use. Keurig coffee maker for your fresh hot morning brew. Dining table that can easily seat six people.

Bathrooms:
Plenty of bath and beach towels. Shampoo and body wash provided. One upstairs and one downstairs.

Bedrooms:
Three bedrooms with attached ceiling fans which can be controlled by remote so you don't have to get out of bed at night. Memory foam mattresses for a comfy night’s sleep. Each bedroom has a theme (Seashell, Flip Flop, and Anchor). The Anchor room has the entrance to the upstairs patio which has beautiful views of the ocean.
