Super accommodating ad even let us check in a bit earlier than the check in time of 4pm so we could put our youngest down for a nap. We really appreciated that. The home was spotless when we got there and we were able to quickly get settled and spend some family time together. We had such a blast and hope to be back in the future!“

The neighborhood is very quiet & we had the beach to ourselves! If I had to do it over again, I would’ve ordered the golf cart for my 86 year old mom, but we will next time. „The house is on the canal is just a minute from the bay. It is clean and comfortable. Personal care products are provided in case you forgot something. The kitchen was well stocked. Remember to bring the mosquito repellent, cuz they were relentless. The neighbors we met are friendly. We spent some time conversing with them when we were done fishing.“

In total we had 10 adults, and 7 kids ranging from 1-16.(total of 5 families) We had more than enough space and never felt over crowded, but always felt close enough to be able to be together! My only complaint is it was not the cleanest. My one year old would crawl around and his knees and feet would be black, in the couch had old chips and the light in the kitchen had someone else’s name written in the dust😅 but other than that we absolutely loved it! „We took our daughter and her friends to the beach for the weekend. House was more than adequate and well stocked. Great balconies to enjoy the beach front location. Only thing we were not keen on was the water smelled quite badly of sulphur. I believe this is a known problem in Surfside. Would definitely stay again!“
