„der direkte Kontakt zum Eigentümer gestaltet sich als durchaus individuell und herzlich. Keine anonyme Agentur Massenabfertigung. Alles kann be- und angesprochen werden. Angekommen in der Villa, die Zentral und doch absolut ruhig in CC liegt herrscht einfach nur bloßes Staunen über Größe und Gepflegtheit. Das Haus besticht durch Details wie eine übergroße Küche mit wirklich Allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Ja selbst ein Weinkühlschrank ist vorhanden. Geräte und Utensilien sowieso. Wundervolle ...

„Our second time staying at Matt’s place. He totally renovated it and it’s a Ben better than before which is hard to accomplish. An amazing entertainment home with killer views. We did all the cooking for our 4 night stay and anything you needed was there. Bed were comfortable and all the electronics worked flawlessly. Outdoor sound system was great!We will be back as the entire group of family loved our stay. “

„Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft hat das gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Leider haben wir bei der Ankunft noch verschmutztes Geschirr vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.“

„I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!“
