We are located within 5 miles of downtown Franklin, where you can find restaurants, shopping and local breweries. Guests can also enjoy nearby paved and dirt trails. Within 15 miles are two breathtaking waterfalls.

The space
Our guesthouse has a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.

Upstairs is a large open living space with a comfortable queen bed, soft linens, futon, and 65 inch smart TV. A guest account for Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, and Peacock is included.

The 2nd floor bathroom is stocked with essentials for guests who have forgotten items and features a touchless toilet - just wave your hand to flush.

The dedicated office space upstairs is well-suited for working or writing. It has plenty of charging outlets and includes fast wifi.

Downstairs, the kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. You can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee or tea from the coffee bar.

Outside, you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views from the patio area.
