„Tolle Unterkunft in einer tollen Studentengegend. Im Haus gibt es gleich einen Einkaufsladen für Lebensmittel. Wenn man mehr als zwei Gäste anmeldet, würde ich erwarten, dass die Schlafcouch fertig bezogen ist. Das war etwas nervig. Geschirrspüler hatte keinen Strom. Parken ging super! Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind toll! Der Pool und der Pavillon zum Grillen waren sehr schön!“

„Ich wohnte anläßlich einer Konferenz in dem Hotel. Ich hatte ein recht kleines Zimmer, das aber mit großem Kühlschrank, Toaster und Spüle ausgetattet war, so dass man zumindest im Zimmer frühstücken konnte. Super Pool! Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt zu empfehlen - z.B. für Fahrten zum Einkaufszentrum, Wanderausflüge, Grand Canyon etc.! Toll für Golfer, der Platz liegt unmittelbar nebenan.“

„Great property. Know that it is a residence building and there isn’t access like a traditional apartment. Walk and getting in and out wouldn’t be easy with lots of bags. „We were in town for college graduation. This home offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make it comfortable for everyone. Overall the home is updated and clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear as expected. Parking was not an issue, owner response time was quick. The house is located convenient to Tempe and ASU as well as old town Scottsdale. „It was a really nice property in a good area with a beautiful view. The pool and grilling areas were nice and clean. My only complaint is that it was a little dirty when we got there the carpet and couches had pet hair on them as well as the floor and the bedrooms. Other besides that the beds and bathrooms were clean all of the beds were comfortable. I would and definitely will be staying here again on my next trip.“

„Beautiful apartment complex with secure parking. The secure parking can only be accessed after you enter the building and get the keys (there is a fob for the gate), and this must be done through the parking garage's first-floor entrance. The directions for the entrance to the first-floor apartments were confusing and wrong. It made for a long first night of confusion. However, it was amazing after that. I hope they get their system straightened out. :-) “
