Exterior and Parking: The reserved parking space is the true privilege for those staying in this location during the summer period. In the morning, the smell of freshly baked croissants from the numerous bars in the area will transport you to a guaranteed holiday dimension, take advantage of it!

Enjoy your lunches and dinners on the wide balcony, accompanied by the changing colours of the sky that change according to the passing of time and seasons. Almost like an impressionist painting, every hour you will be welcomed by new shades.
