Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. The cottage is fully equipped and offers stunning views of the surrounding trees. Sheila is a charming and helpful host who was always available whenever we needed anything. „Lovely quiet stay at the bothy, we went over with no car and stocked up with bits at Fort William! despite the loo and showers being shared this was no problem at all as they were kept clean. Lovely to have the cafe next door as well, meant we were able to get breakfast and coffee easily :)“

„This was a great ‘home’ base to come home to each day, after exploring the spectacular beauty of the Kinlochleven and Glencoe areas. It was such a relaxing and quiet place to spend time and really made our time here perfect! We liked how everything we needed was within walking distance - grocery, pubs, local trails. The interior was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed everything about it. The bed really is the comfiest bed in Scotland, as advertised! We hope to return in the future.“
