A Day in the Life is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Old Florida Cottages, just south of Scenic 30A between Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the neighborhood's community pool has restrooms and two gas grills. The home sleeps 8 across three floors.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony and its own private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private porch, and Bedroom 3 has two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second floor is the main living level, with an open living and dining area filled with natural light. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining table seats six, with more seating at the bar, and a glass-top table seats four. This floor also has two decks, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower off the kitchen and living area, and a full-size washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the loft has a wet bar and a queen sleeper sofa, a comfortable spot for reading or watching a movie.
