Dieses komplett renovierte, einstöckige Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern auf dem Links-Golfplatz im Sandpiper Village im Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort bietet ein "Beach-Meets-Farmhouse" - Ambiente und bietet viel Platz für die ganze Familie und genieße.

Das Haus ist mit natürlichem Licht durch die Fensterfronten ausgestattet und verfügt über graue Dielenböden, markante Shiplap-Wände, hellweiße Schränke, Massivdecken und komplett neue Edelstahlgeräte, die das Herz dieses Hauses hervorheben. Mit Hockern an der Theke und einem großen Bauernhaustisch mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten für 8 Personen können Sie Familie und Freunde in einer warmen und einladenden Umgebung neben der Küche beherbergen, sodass niemand von der Unterhaltung ausgeschlossen wird.

Wenn die Mahlzeit vorüber ist oder ein Ort zum Verweilen und Lesen eines Buches ist, entspannen Sie sich in der Seitenlounge in bequemen Klubsesseln und einem Sofa. Für Familien können Eltern hier Gespräche mit Blick auf das 17. Fairway genießen Familienmitglieder können den großen Fernseher auf zwei großen Sofas bequem auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses genießen.

Perfect location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location. It is perfect for families! So much to do and so many places to visit just within the resort. The golf cart was an essential asset for our visit allowing us to go everywhere we wanted. Access to the beach, stores, pools, restaurants and even publix made this stay even better. We did have an issue with the listing description. The VRBO listing stated the extra bedroom had 2 king beds which was going to work perfect the group we had, however there was only 1 king bed. We had to have one of our guests sleep on the couch. The owners rectified it by providing some compensation for our stay which we appreciated. Some cons to our visit, but nothing that ruined our vacation. The first one is that even though the cleaning people were done cleaning the unit you cannot get into the property until exactly 4 oclock. The rental company cannot over ride this either, so we sat outside with groceries for about an hour waiting for the code to be activated to get in. And secondly, the pans for cooking for 8 are not large enough. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient making you have to cook only a small amount at a time. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Great Family Stay

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for people to spread out and have quiet time if they wanted and a great large dining table for playing board games. The back yard was comfy and big enough for the kids to play catch or pass a soccer ball. The location was very convenient (five minutes in the golf cart, if that, to get to the beach or Baytowne) and quiet. Speaking of the golf cart- so wonderful to have! If we ever wind up back in Sandestin we'll definitely look into staying here again.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our week in Sandestin. It was so nice to not have to pack the kids up in the car every time we wanted to go somewhere. The home was as pictured, and the property management company was very responsive and on top of things. The patio table was broken upon our arrival, but they were there fixing it before we even mentioned anything. The only thing I will say, and this isn’t to the fault of the home owners, but the beach access is used by the entire resort and on each side are hotels that have tons of chairs set up for people to rent.. which really limits the space for everyone else. But all in all we enjoyed our week and the home was great!

Family Spring Break

This was my second time to Sandestin Resort, and it was another amazing trip. Absolutely perfect for families, especially with small kids. The pool access is so nice for when the kids want to swim at night, or need a break from the beach. The condo was top notch! Its updated, has plenty of room, and was very clean. The layout is so nice, with the wide open space, and we enjoyed the separate living rooms, especially with kids and grandparents wanting to watch different things. The patio was so nice, it was roomy and peaceful and we enjoyed the grill several nights. The beds were incredible, sheets were fresh and clean, bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was amazing too! We loved our stay and i would highly recommend. Thank you for such a great time!

Nice retreat

We had a great stay in Sandestin. The home was nice and the included golf cart was a big hit with our family. The location is very central to Sandestin and anything you would want is within a short drive. Lots of shopping nearby and the beach is a golf cart ride away. The community is right on the bay side and on the golf course. We caught several nice fish in the ponds around the course. If you are ok not being on the beach you can certainly stay here and be ok.

Beautiful house with plenty of space.

This was a gorgeous house, very well kept, on a beautiful resort! Easy access to the beach and everything else you would want to do. The listing does say that it comes with a golf cart however, and that’s not entirely accurate. We were notified the night before check in that there was something wrong with the golf cart and they wouldn’t know until the next day if it would be fixed in time for our stay and that someone would call with an update. The day goes by and no one has called to update so I decide to call and they said they got it in with the mechanic but don’t know anything else. I don’t hear anything again until Thursday afternoon (we check out the following Monday) that the part they need is on back order and so we won’t get to use the golf cart at all. Bummed and disappointed. So if you’re booking this and counting on having a golf cart to use, just be prepared that you might not. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. There are 2 pools you have access too which were nice for the kids on non beach days. Kids loved the bunk beds!

Overall, a great stay! Only 2 “small issues” 1. The fan in the upstairs bedroom kept hitting the ceiling so it was unusable. 2. Wi-Fi wouldn’t work.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay in this home. Loved the 2 sitting areas so you can be away from others when you want to be! My kids loved access to the golf cart and riding to the beach in it. Having a gas grill available allowed us to cook at home and not have to go out with the big family. Overall, loved the house! Enjoyed our stay very much. Would not hesitate to do stay here again.

Beautifully updated property

Beautifully decorated, open floor plan property. We enjoyed our stay, we cooked, we caught up with Family and relaxed. The master bedroom mattress is like sleeping on a cloud.
