Policies & Guidelines

We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review the following policies carefully:
• Booking Requirements: Guests must have at least one positive review to reserve a stay. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Group Size Limit: We accommodate a maximum of 16 guests in accordance with local laws and regulations. No visitors are allowed beyond the total guest count provided at booking.
• Music & Noise:
• Outdoor music must remain at a reasonable volume and be turned off by 10 PM.
• Indoor music is permitted after 10 PM as long as all windows and doors remain closed.
• Only small portable Bluetooth speakers (12”x12” or smaller) are allowed—no party boxes, speakers on wheels, DJ equipment, etc.
• Prohibited Activities:
• Parties or similar events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate action, including notifying local authorities.
• Marijuana use is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Smoking or vaping indoors is not allowed.
• Additional Restrictions:
• No pets.
• No weapons.
• No confetti or glitter anywhere on the property, as it is difficult to clean and will incur an additional fee.
• Bathroom Update: The shower in the master bathroom on the second floor is currently unavailable for use. However, there is a second operational shower on the same floor for your convenience.
