Welcome to our bright and fresh Florida condo. It is a poolside retreat were you can relax on the screened in lanai for morning sunrise and evening dinner. Our freshly renovated and updated condo is on the second floor of this two story complex. Updated with new paint, new kitchen cupboards, quartz counter tops and stainless appliance. New carpet in all three bedrooms.

All of the comforts of home are here including dinnerware, cookware, linens and towels, electric BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary WiFi is available. The complex offers pool and tennis courts.

Just down the street you will find everything you need with Costco, Target and many shopping areas.
Located in the Cypress Lakes area the condo is a 10 minutes drive to beautiful Cape Coral and its many restaurants. Spend a day in Lakes Park just 3.5 miles away. Florida Southwestern State College is right next door so this location could be perfect for a summer student. In the off season Fort Myers Beach is a short 12 minutes drive.

Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 1 – King Bed with ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 – Two Twin Beds (sleeps 2)

This home is best enjoyed by traveling families, seniors or we would consider two summer students. We do not make considerations for large group of young adults. Short term rentals are not permitted in this location.

Longer term monthly pricing is available for relocations, short term work assignments, students and other temporary real estate needs. We are not interested in a full time renter year round.
