Cant say enough how great the host and the property. It's right off the main strip on a very nice quite street. There was a playground/park 100 yards away for our son. We loved this place so much. Did I mention the hosts are exceptional. Would book this place again 100x over. The beach is very close. The strip is walking distance away. We rented a golf cart and went back and forth to the beach and strip all day and night. Again, can't say enough!!!!!

The main level and upper level of the home has three bedrooms. All three have Smart TV's. Main level bedroom 1 has a queen bed ample clothing storage including a dresser and a spacious closet. This bedroom also feature a small private balcony with delightful neighborhood views. Main level bedroom 2 has unique 2 full bunkbed plus a twin pullout style drawer. You will also enjoy a small balcony with serene neighborhood views. Upper level bedroom 3 is a huge bedroom that has 2 king beds. Vaulted ceilings adds to the character of this cool loft feeling space. Drawer and closet space galore. Just outside this room is the 2 twin sleep nook.

There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower combo on the main level. This is also where you will find the washer/dryer. The upper level has well thought out full bath -plus. The enclosed part of the bathroom has a separate shower with glass enclosure, vanity and commode. Just outside in a small hallway is another vanity and sink. Perfect for multiple guests to use the facilities comfortably at the same time.

Guest garage includes beach chairs, a cooler, and two beach pull along carts/wagons. There are also two space heaters and two fans. Please return to garage after each use. Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards kept locked on fence outside (waiver must be signed). Please be sure to clean them and put them back after each use.

Our guests will have private access to all areas of this property minus one of the garages and two locked owner closets.



Getting Around:

Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily. A tram should come by approximately every 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. It picks up and drops off at the corner of Bay Road and Estero next to the library. Another fantastic way to travel is to rent a bicycles or golf carts. We have great recommendations and discount codes for you once you book.
