Welcome to Key Lime Villa, a beautiful mid-island home. This spacious five-bedroom home features a private pool, beach essentials, plenty of outdoor living spaces, and is pet friendly for dogs under 30lbs. Unwind in the living area with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV or spend some time on the screened lanai just off the living area with your favorite drink of choice. The chef of the group will enjoy whipping up a delectable meal in the kitchen with its top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and butcher block island for added prep space. A large banquet table in the kitchen allowing for everyone to socialize with the chef. On this second level there is a guest bedroom with a twin daybed with trundle and a desk. There is also a half bath with laundry off the kitchen. The first floor hosts the remaining bedrooms including a primary with king bed and en suite. The other bedrooms include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and twin bedroom with 2 beds. The guest bathroom on this level offers a huge walk-in shower and garden tub. Soak up the sun floating in the pool or in one of the many lounge chairs around the deck. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
