While our island may look different as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds from Hurricane Ian, we can assure you that the beach is as spectacular as ever and all of our homes have been approved and inspected to meet your family's needs. We are Fort Myers Beach Strong and will be better than ever!

Hello Sunshine! SANTA MARIA HARBOUR RESORT CONDOMINIUMS on FORT MYERS BEACH is a WATERFRONT TROPICAL HIDEAWAY in an ISLAND PARADISE and is right across the street from the BEACH!!! Welcome to Santa Maria Harbor Resort Condominium 309 located on the third floor and ready to host you and your family! This lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Vacation Condo is located on the third floor overlooking the tropical landscaping and the canal waters from your Screened In Lanai, and the building's atrium from the opposite side. Step inside - you will always be cool inside this air conditioned, spacious condo with plenty of room for you and your family. Settle in - everything you need is here - your vacation home away from home. Completely remodeled and beautifully decorated, this spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is sunny and bright.

The spacious, open concept living area has been decorated with Florida flair - tile flooring, ceiling fans and sliding glass doors that separate the Living Room from the Screened In Lanai and bring in loads of sunlight. The Dining Area has a glass topped table for four and a huge window that overlooks the atrium. When you aren't using the table for meals, it makes a great place to sit and play board games or cards or even work remotely with ease. The living room has comfortable seating for the whole family to relax and enjoy watching the large screen TV - just the sort of place you would want to unwind in after a day of boating, fishing, shell collecting or exploring the island. There's a sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests for the night - so a total of 6 guests maximum.

Right off the Living Room is the wonderful Screened In Lanai where you can sit and relax for hours. You can also dine alfresco out on the Screened In Lanai - it has its own ceiling fan so you can sit and chat with family and friends while taking in the cool evening breezes.

The fantastic, newly remodeled Kitchen boasts all new appliances and is fully equipped with dishware and cookware to prepare all your meals. All has been custom designed with granite countertops. This modern kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Having a full Kitchen at your disposal is one of the greatest advantages of staying in a condo rather than a hotel. No need to go out for every meal!

The large Master Bedroom En Suite has a luxurious King sized Bed and features its own TV and private Screened In Lanai access. No living out of your suitcase as there is plenty of storage to house your belongings. The spacious Master Bath has plenty of space for two to get ready for a day at the beach with double vanities, and a large tiled Walk In Shower. Two Twin Beds sit in the Guest Bedroom to perfectly accommodate two adults or children. The Guest Bath is just next door and also has a large tiled Walk In Shower. Perfect set up for the whole family.

For your comfort, fresh linens and clean towels are stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer in the condo to keep those swimsuits and towels fresh and dry and ensure that no one goes home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. For your convenience, there are building elevators, a secured lobby and ample on site parking.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

Santa Maria Harbour Resort Condominiums are located directly across the street from 7 miles of sugar white sand beach and blue Gulf waters. The Santa Maria Resort has a beautiful heated community pool (the largest on the island), and huge sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs for guests, outdoor BBQ and boating docks that play host to manatees and dolphins.

These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters. Great FL getaway

Traveled as a family with two teens. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful pool area, new gas grills for use. Easy walk to the beach. Super close to Santini Plaza, fun farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Shops are starting to return, gift shops, liquor store, Yummy ice cream shop and book store are open. Marina and docks were under construction still rebuilding from the hurricane so some construction noise during working hours. It will be very nice when completed! Make sure to plan a stop at the store on your way to the condo, the provided household staples are very sparse (such as one roll of TP per bathroom for the week). Not a deal breaker, only mentioning that so future renters come prepared. There were 4 beach towels to use, which was greatly appreciated. The condo was very lovely and we would definitely rent here again in the future.
