17259 Whitewater Court is an elevated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex - can be rented for a few days, few months, or even a year!

Centrally located between both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is a perfect home base between the nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. This property has a large shared gravel driveway and backyard, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, plus it's pet friendly! The bedroom is spacious with a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

Short Term Rental Details:
With the bedroom and pull out couch in the living room, there is enough room to sleep 4 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Max occupancy of 4 guests, property is shared with duplex neighbor.

1 pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of reservation is required to bring any animal, including service animals. A non-refundable $200/pet applies and will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

- Maximum occupancy for annual or long term is 2 tenants, linens are NOT provided
- Unit is pet friendly, 2 pet maximum, $250 pet fee plus monthly pet rent applies $25/month/pet

- Tenants must complete an application and background check before lease. Application Fee: $45/person
- Rent: $1,500 per month
- Tenant pays all utilities
- Security Deposit: $1,000
- Due at Signing: $2,500 (first month + security deposit)
