Welcome to our waterfront oasis!

Nestled along the serene canal leading to the ocean, our newly renovated and beautifully decorated property offers a pleasing retreat. The property features a private 20-foot dock for your boat, and canal access to the ocean with no fixed bridges, ensuring seamless access for boating enthusiasts.

This house is equipped with central air conditioning and fans in all rooms, free WiFi, a washing machine, and three flat-screen TVs. The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a Florida room, comfortably accommodating 8 people. The master bedroom suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a workspace for remote workers. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and spacious closets. All rooms features black out/ heat blocking curtains to guarantee our guests a perfect good nigth of sleep. The Florida room includes a dinning table for 6 guests, a comfortable sofa bed (queen size) and a 60" flat Google TV.

The gem of the house is the beautiful patio and saltwater pool, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine and enjoying leisurely days by the water. Indulge your culinary desires in our fully equipped indoor kitchen or enjoy our outdoor kitchen equipped with a propane grill, sink, and mini-fridge, perfect for guests to relax and enjoy drinks while grilling barbecue or taking in the views. Our outdoor kitchen, featuring an island and high chairs, offers stunning views of the canal, beautiful patio, pool, and dining area.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 12 minutes from Port Everglades, and 18 minutes from the pristine sands of Las Olas Beach and the vibrant atmosphere of Las Olas Boulevard, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, and many other attractions.

Our property offers both comfort and convenience for your getaway experience in Fort Lauderdale.
We are Pet friendly. Small dogs are welcome, maximum two. (additional fee required)
Free parking space for two cars available.

Sun and Fun

Sunseeker property provided the perfect getaway for my family and friends. The location on a canal with a beautiful backyard - with a pool - gave us the chance to sit quietly with morning coffee enjoying the birds and the flora and fauna and then an afternoon margarita because it's 5 o'clock someplace. The house is so inviting - wonderful comfortable rooms. The owners met us upon arrival and were so warm and welcoming. The location afforded us the opportunity to get to Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale beaches. We returned to grill in the backyard and enjoy moments. A beautiful home - a beautiful stay and now memories to cherish.

Sunseeker Getaway Amazing

We had a fabulous few days at Sunseeker Getaway, everything was as advertised from start to finish. We arrived a little early to check out the location; Andrea was there and offered for us to drop off our luggage, which was fantastic! We all had a wonderful stay there and would highly recommend this property. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and easy access to I95. We look forward to booking our next trip with Adrea & Gefeson.

We had a great time at this property. Right off the bat, the owners checked in to make sure we arrived and things were as we expected.The property is exactly as described. Very clean and modern indoors and great outdoor space. Everything we needed was there including all kitchen supplies, dishes, and a great outdoor cooking area.The owners made sure to check in throughout our stay and were very quick to answer questions.

Amazing place!

Great place, modern, clean, very well kept and maintained. Beautiful pool and outdoor space including outdoor kitchen. Place is paradise ! Our family had a great time, the hosts were awesome and went above expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely go back.

VERY CLEAN home with great backyard!

My sister and I brought our dad here for our annual father daughter trip! Andrea and her husband were friendly and easy to deal with! The communication was excellent and timely! The house is very clean and has everything you need! The backyard is aesthetically pleasing a very fun place to hang out! The Pool was clean and a great temperature, they went the extra mile with the outdoor grill area amenities! They made great use out of their space! The beds are comfortable, the cookware and dishes are clean and in great shape! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home and exactly as described!

This home is immaculate. I am not sure if I have ever stayed at a cleaner property. Every detail is taken care of and this home is exactly as described/shown in the pictures. The owners are very kind and communicate quickly. We loved the patio, outdoor kitchen, canal and pool. The sunsets from the backyard are stunning. This home is in a great location. We spent most of our time in Fort Lauderdale Beach and the aquatic center but also ventured up to Pompano Beach and pier a few times. If we travel to Fort Lauderdale again, we will definitely stay at Sunseeker Place again!

Terrific Stay at Sunseeker Place

Sunseeker Place is the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation in South Florida. This home is completely remodeled and filled with all new amenities (towels, linens, silverware, cooking utensils, appliances, etc.) to ensure a terrific stay. The house has large rectangular tile flooring throughout and both bathrooms have floor to ceiling tiled walk-in showers. The spacious backyard overlooks a beautiful waterway and has been professionally designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. An outdoor kitchen comes complete with a four-burner grill, refrigerator, sink and granite countertop. Plenty of new tables, chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas and even a hammock fill the newly paved pool deck. There is even plush artificial grass around the perimeter to sooth your feet. Mood lighting illuminates the palm trees and gorgeous pool at night. The host is very communicative and has thought of every detail to make your stay memorable. I cannot recommend Sunseeker Place enough!
