Keep in mind this is a private condo, not a hotel stay. The residence is privately owned and operated. While the hotel staff are very friendly, they are not responsible for servicing your stay. We (your hosts) are the only point of contact for all questions, needs, and assistance during your visit. Private guests wait in a designated event lobby area to the right of the main lobby while the representative obtains room keys.
