➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the shared pool and laundry. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ Washer and dryer is a communal amenity for $2.00 for each machine.

➤ Guests can access free visitor parking in front of the building

Sunrise Intracoastal is a neighborhood located in the city of Fort Lauderdale, which is located in Broward County, Florida. It is a residential community that features a mix of single-family homes and townhouses, and it is known for its prime location near the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The neighborhood is also close to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as numerous parks and recreational areas.

There are several transportation options available in the area, including:

-Private Vehicle: Many residents in Sunrise Intracoastal own a car or have access to one. The neighborhood is conveniently located near major roads such as US-1 and Sunrise Boulevard, which provides easy access to other areas of Fort Lauderdale.

-Public Transportation: The Broward County Transit (BCT) operates several bus routes in the area, which provides residents with access to other parts of Fort Lauderdale and beyond.

-Ride-Sharing Services: Popular ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area, which provides residents with a convenient alternative to driving themselves.

-Biking/Walking: Sunrise Intracoastal is a walkable and bike-friendly neighborhood, with many streets featuring dedicated bike lanes and sidewalks.

-Water Transportation: The neighborhood is located on the Intracoastal Waterway, which provides residents with easy access to water transportation options such as water taxis and private boat charters.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don`t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you`re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can`t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
