The house is located in a residential neighborhood. NO PARTIES or events of any kind, NO SMOKING inside the house, no noise or loud music outside after 10PM. There are exterior recording cameras and noise detector devices.

The space:

Modern home featuring an open kitchen, living and dining space. Smart TV in the living room area, Xfinity channels, and streaming channels available.

2 Master suites with king beds, private bathrooms with showers, 2 more bedrooms with a queen bed in each.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances including wine cooler, silverware, dishes, glassware, plastic cups, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, rice maker, blender, etc.

All bathrooms offer crisp towels, hairdryer, initial toiletries such as shampoo, body lotion, tooth brush, tooth paste, tissues and toilet paper.

Laundry area:
Washer and dryer are located by the kitchen area in a closet for your use.

Driveway:
Parking for up to 4 cars, parking on the street is not allowed.

Private pool, towels, backyard with connect four game, soccer goal set, ring toss, corn hole game.

*Home contractors: Please be aware that our pool, lawn, pest control contractors may be performing exterior services in the house during your stay so don't be alarm, no one should need access to the house.
