This is a water front property , there are no safety pool or canal gates/screens that separate deck from the water . Tenants are responsible for their own safety and safety for the children and pets . Owners and property manager are not reliable for any possible incidents that might occur . Diving and swimming in the canal is prohibited . Glass is not allowed in the pool.
Minimum age to rent is 26 . Everyone under this age has to be accompanied by adults , we do not host young groups and reserve the right to cancel bookings for everyone who will break the house rules .
No parties or loud gatherings . This is a family oriented neighborhood and we expect tenants to respect the neighbors privacy and comply with noise ordinance . No music after 9 pm .
