THINGS TO KNOW

There is a tenant residing on the premises; however, their space is completely separate from the rental unit and they do not have access to it. Their access is through a private second entrance to a separate unit attached to the house. The driveway is shared for parking.

POOL IS HEATED! Fees are $45 - Per Night in addition to the Rate (which is paid in advance prior to the Arrival) - Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the pool to reach temperature.

Streaming services are available with guests’ personal accounts.
