Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole house, laundry, full kitchen, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, TVs, beach chairs and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars, washer and dryer. For check-in we are happy to be flexible as long as the schedule allows. We offer a key less entrance and will provide you with the code to enter the house upon check-in.
Other Things to Note:
We're excited to host you! When you arrive, please send us a quick message to let us know you've checked in and everything looks good.
For your convenience, we provide fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent.
To help everyone enjoy their stay, please:
- Keep guests limited to those on the reservation.
- Park only in the two designated parking spaces.
- Keep noise below 75 decibels after 9:00 PM.
- Contact us immediately if any city officials visit the property.
- Our landscaping team may briefly access the backyard once a month for routine maintenance. If anything isn't working during your stay, let us know and we'll work to resolve it within 24 hours.
- If your stay falls on garbage collection day, please place the trash container outside following the instructions in the house.
Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability: 12 PM ($100) or 2 PM ($130). Please message us as early as possible if you'd like to arrange one.
