PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Guest Count
All overnight guests must be accurately added to the reservation prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. Exceeding our maximum occupancy will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Failure to add all overnight guests (maximum occupancy: 8) to the reservation will result in an additional fee of $75 per person, per night.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be disclosed in advance. We allow one pet per stay, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. A $100 pet fee applies. Failure to disclose unregistered pets will result in a $100 fee or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Pre-approved early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional $50 fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like to arrange either.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to book a reservation at our property is 25, and the primary guest who makes the booking must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
Security
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, and backyard for safety, security, and occupancy verification purposes only. There are no cameras inside the home.
Noise Ordinance
All guests must follow the City of Fort Lauderdale’s strict noise regulations, and be respectful of neighbors at all times. We are required by law to have a noise level detection device on the property. The device alerts us if noise or occupancy levels become excessive, it does not record audio. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings
Violations will result in additional cleaning fees, reimbursement for damages, potential removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
No Smoking or Vaping Inside our Home
Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee. Smoking outdoors is permitted as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. Any cigarette butts found on the property after checkout will result in an added $100 cleaning fee.
Dock Use
Guests use the dock at their own risk. The owners are not responsible for any damages or injuries related to dock use. Guests and their party should inspect the dock before use and exercise caution when docking, boarding, or disembarking vessels. Please wear shoes on the dock.
Children & Water Safety
All children must be competent swimmers and supervised at all times near the dock or open water. Guest assumes full responsibility for the safety of children on the property.
Shore Power
Please let us know at the time of booking if you’re bringing a boat and whether you’ll need shore power. Shore power use is available for an additional $10 per night.
Parking
Street parking is strictly prohibited, per local laws. Please use our driveway, which has space for up to 5 cars.
Trash
All household trash should go only in the outside black bin. Please do not use the green bin, as it is for yard waste only. Improper use of bins will result in a $50 fee. If your group generates more trash than fits in the outside black bin, you are responsible for arranging excess trash removal. Any overflowing trash left on the property beyond bin capacity will result in a $60 fee.
Lawn Service
Landscapers arrive every Wednesday or Thursday around 7:30 AM and typically finish within 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any brief disturbance.
