All are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras actively record video and sound while guests are in residence.

- Noise Monitoring: A noise-level detection device is installed (per city ordinance) to monitor decibel levels without recording audio.

- Legal: Per City of Fort Lauderdale Ordinance, it is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
