„Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. Beds were comfy. When the ice maker appeared to have quit working, Eric kindly dropped off some ice trays for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would ...

„Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm.“

„Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks.
