This bright, modern end unit offers a polished space to unwind with warm natural finishes, stainless steel appliances, and a functional open layout. With room for six, dog-friendly accommodations, and thoughtful touches throughout, it’s the perfect home base for a relaxed, comfortable stay.
Located in the Mosaic neighborhood of northeast Fort Collins, you’ll have easy access to I-25 and Old Town. Whether you're headed downtown, exploring local breweries, or hitting nearby trails, this spot makes it easy to enjoy the best of Fort Collins.
This home features: Bedroom 1: King Bed with Ensuite Bath (second level) | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (second level) | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (second level) | Sleeps 6
OUTDOOR LIVING: Relax on the covered front patio with outdoor seating, or take a ride using the two bicycles. Guests have access to two community pool areas—one features a hot tub and shared grill, while the other offers a large seasonal pool with waterslides and a separate kids' pool. Pools are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
INDOOR LIVING: 55” Smart TV, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace, yoga mat and blocks, foam roller, adjustable dumbbells (4–10 lbs), ankle weights (up to 7 lbs)
KITCHEN: Fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar with seating, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There is a half bath on the main level and two bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: Two-car garage with EV charger and additional street parking available.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line, which runs through Old Town. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard during your stay.
