„Nice property. Great area. Host responded quickly to all questions and requests. We were in town for a family wedding, and the property was awesome for us to all stay together. It was very spacious and plenty of seating to accommodate our large group. Kitchen was well stocked and included lots of little extras. Recently renovated and nice appliances. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. in the bathrooms.“

„This was a mother / daughter trip to visit family in Colorado, so there were 7 of us and the house worked beautifully. Plenty of room, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend!! Only regret is that we never found time to use the firepit.“

„Great place! Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with essentials. All 3 bedrooms were large; king beds super comfortable. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc. Location was perfect- very short walk to New Belgium Brewery and bit over a mile to Old Town. Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of on street parking plus had use of the 2 car garage. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.“

„Stacy’s home is clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space in the well-equipped kitchen to prepare a family meal. I appreciated that there was room in the pantry to put away our groceries. The bedrooms had good closet and dresser space (I don’t like living out of a suitcase even for a brief 3-night stay). „I couldnt have picked a better house for my family's 4 day stay. I had my family of 6 and my uncle's family with us.
