„A really great place to stay in Ft. Collins! The property is exactly as advertised. We traveled with a couple we have known for years. Each of us were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the property. Nice king size beds in all the bedrooms. The property has lots of spices, cooking oils, and basic things you need to cook a meal without having to buy every ingredient. Would definitely recommend you consider this property if your travels take you to Ft. Collins. “

„Great location! Nice house with large rooms. Living room and dining room were large and comfortable. Nice front porch. Master bedroom and bath were very nice. Good kitchen although not a lot of cookware and a tea kettle would have been useful. Took a bit to find the alley that led to the parking but easy after we did.“

„Everything was exactly as advertised! Beautiful home and there plenty of hiking and riding trails all around just a short distance away. In the evenings, nice quiet neighborhood with a backdrop of the mountains! Absolutely one of my favorites that I’ve stayed at!“

„The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again.“

„House was clean, quiet and in a great location close to the restaurants downtown. Nice seating area at the side of the house. Downstairs area was nice and cool. Definitely recommend because of location, communication with the host and cleanliness of the home.“

„My son got married nearby, so his sister and I picked this spot for our downtime. Absolutely perfect! Comfortable, stocked with fresh eggs and coffee (even a brita full of water in the fridge), clean and quiet. Danny and Dee are incredibly accommodating and take pride in this little spot. If a rooster waking you up or chickens clucking around the yard aren’t for you, this might not be your spot. I loved it all. And only about a ten minute easy drive to town for food, groceries, shopping. Can’t ...

„Very nice updated property with a great location. We stayed there for a wedding that was at a venue in the foothills. The location was great for our needs. Only recommendation would be to have more hooks in the bathrooms for towels and dressing mirrors.“

„Had a great stay in Ft Collins at this guest house! Perfect location! Close to everything in town, quick bike ride or uber! Home was perfect size for my husband and I staying in town to visit our family. Clean, comfortable, and no surprises! Easy check in and check out….even had cookies and coffee :) Will definitely book again if we are in town! “

"Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier auf der Durchreise zu dem Rocky Mountains, Nationalpark. Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sehr neu, das Bett sehr bequem und komfortabel und alles sehr sauber. Die Klima hat perfekt funktioniert, einzige Kritikpunkt ist der laute Kühlschrank, der durchgehend läuft"
