„Keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise möglich,nicht erreichbar. Vermeintliche Vermieterin hatte angeblich keine Ahnung von unserer Buchung. Das Haus war kalt als wir am 10.12.2023 abends ankamen. Die zwei zur Verfügung gestellten E-Heizkörper sollten wir am Ende mit 60€ für die 2 Wochen bezahlen.
