„Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war schlecht: Geringes angebot, die Bagel waren steinhart. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf einen uhaul LKW, der direkt vor dem Fenster geparkt wurde. Auf dem Parkplatz musste man sich irgendwo zwischen zig uhaul Fahrzeugen seinen Parkplatz suchen. Der Rezeptionsbereich wurde von ein uhaul Schild dominiert, im Hotel waren Sackkarren abgestellt. Die am Hotel vorbeiführende Eisenbahn ist auch in der Nacht sehr laut.“

„The Farnham did an amazing job in all areas of hospitality. The service, the food and the hotel were five star even though I believe it is a four star hotel. The only thing that was a problem is the lack of humidity in the HVAC both my daughter and I. We were so dry in our rooms. I would like to stay there again, but I would probably buy a personal humidifier for my time there.. otherwise keep up the great work“

„Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Wir genossen das saubere Hallenbad mit dem wohltuenden Whirlpool. Das kundenfreundliche Holiday Inn in Bellevue empfehlen wir weiter.“

„Da die Lufthansa Verspätung hatte und mein Anschluss Flug umgebucht hat in Chicago auf den nächsten Tag, konnte ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht mal wahr nehmen. Da ich im Flieger von München nach Chicago um 16 Uhr war und nicht wusste von einer Verspätung konnte ich nicht in der „Frist“ rechtzeitig stornieren. Der Manager hat prompt drauf bestanden das ich keinerlei Erstattung oder sonst was bekomme. Hier buche ich NIE WIEDER! Und sag dann gleich auch allen die ich kenne hier nicht zu buchen “

„We got in from a long flight .. was welcomed by Tiffany very help sweet woman .. we didn’t have a pool she asked the hotel next door which was a sister hotel could we swim over there the kids had a blast she even helped fixed her tv even tho she was leaving .. because of Tiffany we will come back .. also loved that we can make food in our rooms “

„We happened upon the Hotel Indigo and were going to cancel out stay due to an unexpected family matter. However, when we walked into the hotel to cancel I was so impressed by the vibe that we kept our reservation. Even though we only stayed a night, it was a fantastic stay. The staff, the atmosphere, the decor all made it an almost ethereal experience. We will be back!“

„This hotel is beautiful and well-appointed! I would definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is A++++. Get the Filet Mignon you will not regret it. My only con was housekeeping. My room was dusty and the bed sheets were clean, but they didn’t smell fresh. „First off, I wanna make it clear that the Services outstanding and every single employee that I came across was wonderful and helpful. I love the vibe of the bar downstairs, and I love the fact that the employees multitask so well. The only reason I give this hotel four stars is because the mattress is not that comfortable, the hvac is a bit noisy, the bathroom is small with a tiny wash basin that causes me to splash water all over the floor, and I haven’t quite made my mind up about the square ...
