Steps to Downtown, Pier & Beach with Gourmet Kitchen!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath island-inspired home is the largest of the homes in the Daffodil Compound. Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the large game room, outdoor bar and seating area under the home. As you enter the front door into the large foyer you'll immediately notice the high ceilings and cozy coastal casual design. The main living area is home to a 75" television, large sectional sofa and built-in bookcases and opens out onto a broad screened porch. Through the corridor you will be amazed by the elegant gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with top of the line appliances including Thermador dual fuel range. Just past the kitchen is your indoor dining space that overlooks the tropical courtyard. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite shower, second bedroom has a king bed adjoining the full hall bath and the third bedroom houses two twin beds. This twin bedroom has one set of pocket doors but only curtains on the other doorway. All bedrooms include large screen smart televisions. A laundry closet with washer and dryer rounds out the interior. The home also boasts off street parking spaces for up to 4 cars, and a fun game area with shuffleboard, ping pong and Tiki bar below the house. We have both a gas and a charcoal grill near the outdoor shower as well.

This property is just steps away from Center Street and a block and a half to beach and new Folly Pier. If you prefer to stay in, you will find a shared yard with hammock and lush tropical plants. This property shares a communal yard with Little and Wee Daffodil. The homes can be rented individually or all three together as a compound for loads of family fun!

LOVED big daffodil!!

This property is SO beautifully designed, extremely clean and Steven was more than accommodating and responsive through the entire process. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to everything and the beach, but nice and quiet and peaceful at the same time. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Perfect location! Clean property!

We absolutely loved this home and location! Just a short walk to restaurants and the beach...we never drove our car anywhere! We were at Folly for the surfer's healing event by the pier and had a great time! Check in was easy, the home had all the things we needed. It was so clean!!! We had the best night's sleep- all the linens, bedding and beds felt like home. Next time we will definitely stay longer but we will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Vacation Stay

A group of 6 of us stayed and it was great! There was plenty of space for 6 of us and we really enjoyed the large kitchen to cook in! We also really liked relaxing on the screened in porch and playing games in the lower part of the property! If you want a close location to bars, restaurants, and the beach this is a great location for you!

Beautiful Home

This cottage was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The area was quiet, but right around the corner we found fun. There are many restaurants nearby and the beach is a very short walk. This was a girls weekend but the cottage would also be great for a family. My friends and i had an amazing time! We are already tallign about coming back in September! Thank you!

Great Location and Perfect House

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Pulled up to lower garage space full of fun with ping pong, shuffle board, tiki bar and lounging space. Inside is very well done, kitchen is spectacular, and home is very clean and comfortable. Location is amazing and within a block of everything downtown Folly. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Beautiful home! But heads-up for small children.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location (few minute walk to the beach and restaurants). It had everything we needed, was very clean, and comfortable. We were even fond of the decor. Screened patio was good protection from the mosquitoes however, the backyard was nice and greeny with a hammock. Our kids enjoyed it! Heads-up regarding the twin bedroom... there isn't a door but rather a curtain. My children are ages 4 and 6. We had to keep our voices down so they could sleep soundly (the room is near the living/ family room and kitchen). That was the only flaw. It was a great stay. We enjoyed it!

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Cute beach cottage within walking distance of downtown and the beach. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean and had plenty of covered outdoor areas that were perfect for entertaining. The hosts were responsive and provided clear directions for check-in and basic logistics. The stay exceeded our already high expectations! 10/10 recommend!
