Welcome to Pleasant Breeze, a charming Folly Beach cottage designed for two and located just a short walk from the beach. With a screened porch, fenced yard, open-air pergola, and relaxed coastal character, this is an easygoing retreat for couples looking to enjoy Folly at their own pace.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened porch, walk approximately two minutes to the beach, then come home to relax outside beneath the pergola. The fully fenced yard adds valuable private outdoor space and is especially convenient when bringing an approved pet.

Inside, the approximately 550-square-foot cottage features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with hardwood floors and Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, while the comfortable living space gives you a cozy place to unwind after the beach.

Pleasant Breeze is about 7.5 blocks from Center Street, putting Folly's restaurants, shops, and entertainment within a quick bike or golf-cart ride while keeping you slightly removed from the busiest part of the island.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan, 32" Smart TV; washer and dryer located in the bedroom.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

No smoking is permitted inside or outside the property.

PETS
One pet up to 40 lbs may be considered with advance approval. The pet must be well-trained and non-shedding. Puppies and cats are not permitted. Upon approval, a $150 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid before arrival.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs that do not qualify as service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA are subject to the property's approval requirements and applicable fees.

HOUSE POLICIES
Pleasant Breeze is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests must respect the surrounding community and keep noise to a minimum.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
NoiseAware technology measures decibel levels only and does not listen to or record conversations. Guests may receive a courtesy message if sound levels exceed permitted limits.
Maximum occupancy is 2 registered overnight guests.
