VILLA CONTESSA - AREZZO AREA

Located in the Arezzo area of Tuscany, Villa Contessa is a lovingly restored villa with a private swimming pool, spa, and gym. Entirely eco-sustainable and powered by renewable energy, the villa is an excellent choice for holidays with family or groups of friends. It is approximately 8 km from Foiano della Chiana, where there are shops and supermarkets, and it is well located for visits to Arezzo, Florence, Siena, and Cortona. All are within driving distance.

The (700 Sqm) villa consists of a main villa (on three levels) and a detached suite (on two levels).

MAIN VILLA (12)
In the basement you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a cellar with a selection of wines, a large living room (with sofas and billiard table) and a bathroom (with toilet, basin).

On the ground floor, you will find the main entrance which leads to a large lounge, comfortably furnished (with sofas, chairs, fireplace, and satellite TV), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this level (with toilet, basin).

On the first floor there are four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet). An extra single bed can be added in two of the double bedrooms.

THE SUITE (sleeps 4)
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed, satellite TV) a dining area (with table for 4) and a kitchen area.

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, you will find a large garden (3 hectares) with a picturesque boulevard, a variety of flowers, trees, plants, and a vegetable garden. The garden includes a private swimming pool (12m x 4m; depth 1.5m; open from 15 May to 15 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas) a barbecue area, and a pizza oven.

There is a shady alfresco dining area next to the villa and a separate glass building in the garden with a well-equipped gym (including treadmill and multi-gym), as well as spa which includes a sauna, hot tub with aromatherapy (seating 6), Turkish bath, emotional shower, and changing and massage room (with four massage beds). Covered parking (for 6 cars) is also available on site.

Please note that the spa is not included in the rental price.
