„It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. „Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.“

„The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I wish that the hotel and casino were a little closer together but there's an enclosed walkway to and from. The casino is very nice they just need a bar closer to the entrance where most patrons play.“

„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“

„We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was large and had the expected amenities. The shower delivered plenty of hot water at a fast speed from a large shower head. A little too fast for the drainage which was a tad bit sluggish. The room was very quiet and blocked interior hotel sounds as well as outside traffic sound. The AC worked great. The bed was The perfect combination of furnace and softness. No complaints from us. “

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„Love love love the breakfast buffet and evening kickback small plates, had no idea they did that and it was a nice surprise. Enough for a small dinner! Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island.
