„Clean room, great staff!“

„Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.“

„Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. “

„One of the staff members didnt know how to do much so she just told us and other visitors its not available. We couldnt get two room keys because after we paid and checked in she couldnt give us an additional room key for my husband. She also told someone there were no extra pillows or blankets amd also said they dont accept triple A discounts. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The facility overall was clean, though i wish they had a hot tub and the other staff members were nice for the ...

„Sports bar was not very accommodating for a large party. Hotel, casino, and night club were all excellent. “

„The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping “

„Older hotel that has been renovated. Breakfast was good; the attendant was very friendly and attentive. The walls seemed a little thin as we had people talking in the room beside us til 3am. “

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„The staff did not know much about the area. The free shuttle to the airport was suspended so we had to Pay for parking which was ridiculous. “

„The hotel overall was very clean and the room was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was not the greatest, food was cold and eggs and sausage were rubbery. The breakfast area was quite messy. Noise level in the lobby was excessive at night, as people were allowed to gather and hang out and watch the lobby TV. We only noticed it because we were on the ground floor near the lobby. Overall, our stay was pleasant but I don't think I would stay at this property again.“

„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“
