„The first thing we noticed when we entered our room was a cockroach. The overall condition of the room was poor. We changed room after the Wildlife encounter, to get one where the toilet was working now and then. Wouldnt recommend this hotel Staff was not very friendly. Not a word of apology.“

„I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel looks and smells clean all the time and my room was beautiful. The bed was soft and I had everything I needed. Only drawback was that the main lamp didn’t work (or I couldn’t figure it out) but all the other lamps worked, it was just a little dark. Also, I had to go down and ask the front desk how to to the faucet to get the shower to come on. You pull the whole thing down at the spout lol. Otherwise, I will gladly stay here again. „Appears to be newly renovated and it is lovely! Location is great everything is only a hop, skip and a jump away. The afternoon desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond. The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious! EVERYTIME we are in Pensacola we will be staying here!“
