This "Derby Darlin'" glamper is Kentucky Derby-themed inside and out, and is nestled amongst the tall pines of our campground. It has it's own deck and picnic table, and is shaded all day. Inside, there's a memorabilia-laden dinette table and booth, that doubles as a bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 people, (depending on size), and a futon couch that flattens to a bed for 1 to 2 people as well. Please note * This unit is not suitable for 4 larger people or for stays longer than 3 to 4 days. The Derby Darlin' also has lots of storage, and a full bathroom, with small tub/shower, toilet and sink. There's a kitchen with refrigerator, sink and stove, but no oven. However, guests at the park also have access to use the full kitchen in the clubhouse, which has a very nice full-size gas stove/oven, refrigerator and freezer with large commercial sinks. You will also have full access to the park's amenities including the heated/cooled pool with awesome waterfall/grotto area, hot tub, sauna, work-out room, clubhouse with showers, gathering space, large screen TV with YouTube TV on it, tons of indoor and outdoor games, multiple fire pits, gas BBQ grill for your use, water balloon battle stations, as well as a pavilion with ping pong, outdoor bowling, playground area, etc. There's lots to do, or you can just relax and enjoy the peace and serenity in our quiet, heavily treed and enclosed (with an 8' wall and gate) RV park. We've been told it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but town is just around the corner.

There is a gate code you'll need for access in to the park, and you will receive that once you've booked and it gets close to your arrival time. If you don't receive that automatically, please feel free to reach out for that.
