„We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight.“

„Pelican Point was very clean, fully stocked up for our stay. A short drive to the beach, Dock Street and enjoyed checking out the local restaurants and shops. The condo is literally right across the street from Annie's Cafe. Great food, breakfast, lunch and early dinner. Full bar too! There were still many boarded up and damaged homes, condos apartments and older establishments from hurricane Helene, but progress is happening to bring back the area.
