"Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay ..."

"The first room was dirty. Stains on the bedsheet and a curly hair. Bad smell in the room. We had to change the room. Room was closed to the elevator and it was very loud. In the breakfast area three tables in a row were not clean. It was dirty on the floor. Nobody real cared about that from service. ..."

"The house is a great place to stay. We visited a couple of the springs in the area. If you wanted to eat out it was a little bit of a drive but not to bad.15 to 30 minutes to any chain restaurant plenty of local places. Sisters is great for lunch. Will book again if we go back to this area."
