Bella Italia

Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Quartier mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich fein zu verpflegen. Es ist ruhig und gibt etwas Abstand zu dem Trubel direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Appartement ist genauso wie auf den Fotos - die Küche ist durch die grossen Fenster lichtdurchflutet was sehr schön ist. Zudem ist sie gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem, am liebsten hätte ich es nach Hause genommen. Die Kommunikation mit Nicola war perfekt. Er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Zudem hat er einen eigenen kleinen Stadtplan mit vielen Tipps wo es das beste Essen gibt. Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit alles auszuprobieren... Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Our stay was very nice , the location was perfect . Lots of cool local restaurants and coffee shops . Easy walk to the Historic center . Easy check in and checkout . The kitchen is beautiful :) We had a lovely 10 day stay . I would recommend staying here

What a great find! Apartment impressed more than the advertisement with everything you could need for a short stay. Location was fantastic and within easy reach of all amenities and tourist attractions. Nicola, the host, could not do enough to help ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We would do it all again!

We have been fortunate to stay at this apartment twice. It is comfortable, convenient, well equipped, and the host is available to support you as needed. You can walk to the historic district or you can take the number 6 bus which stops practically at the front door. There is a great gelato place down the street, a convenient grocery store a block away, and a number of restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. We enjoyed staying in a neighborhood that is a bit away from the mad tourist crush that happens in the historic district.

Everything as described and better. Great local location away from tourist crowds - 20 min by foot to central attractions which was needed to walk off all the great food! Or hop on the bus literally outside the building ( pay by tapping your credit card do not bother with any apps they often don’t work after you load money on it). The host was gracious and had great recommendations and even booked for us. Grocery store 7 min away. Bed - memory foam mattress which worked well for me, ie not too soft.Lots of good local places to eat.

Had a lovely time in Florence staying in San Frediano! The neighborhood was perfect… Very authentic and far enough from the hustle and bustle she feel like we were living in a local neighborhood. Get close enough to be able to walk everywhere! Nicola was very helpful and was always available for any questions that we had. He met us a check-in and brought us up to the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you so much!

Nicola was a superb host. He arranged taxi service, parking and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was immaculate and well decorated. We could not have been happier with Nicola’s property - tastefully decorated and meticulously kept, it was a haven of quiet from the day to day pace of Firenze - highly encourage you to explore the Oltrarno, where this is based - Nicola is a very gracious and responsive host - five stars!

Excellent Property Outside the Crowds

Very nice apartment with one queen sized bedroom, one single bedroom, living room, kitchen and 1.5 bath. Nice location that can feel a bit out of the way (approx 25 min walk to the Duomo) south of the river.Excellent communications and service from the owner to sort small issues and provide guidance about the local area. I’d stay again.

This apartment is a gem- beautifully designed and decorated with lots of space and great amenities. The unexpected best part is that it is in the authentic, artsy, Oltrarno district- across the river from the touristy center of town. The walk from the center of Florence to the apartment leads you past wonderfully authentic restaurants and artisan shops.

Best ever! Will never stay in hotel again.

The entire trip was perfect. Nicola is the most hospitable host and a wonderful man!!. The property is exactly how it was featured, the location is excellent and he is so responsive. Everything in the property is so well appointed. We will be coming back all the time.

Spectacular

We enjoyed this beautiful apartment. We were met on arrival and given a wonderful list of recommendations. Nicola responded very quickly to any message. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily walk to all of the most visited spots in Florence. We will definitely book again.
