Delightful detached apartment with exclusive parking space

This charming, completely independent two-story apartment is ideal for couples or families with children who want to explore Florence but don't want crowds. It offers convenient, free private parking right in front of the house in a fenced courtyard.
The bright living room/kitchen is furnished with a three-seater sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, an LED TV in the wooden bookcase, which also contains some beautiful art and history books. There's a dining table and chairs, a large heated towel rail, air conditioning, and a key-operated safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, Moka pot, sugar, salt, pepper, plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, cutlery, and ladles. The tap water is drinkable. The storage room under the stairs contains a broom, dustpan, and other cleaning supplies, as well as waste sorting bins.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and bedside tables. It also includes a small terrace and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. A crib for children aged 0 to 5 is available upon reservation.
- ONLY those booked are allowed in the house. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO ACCESS WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE HOST IN ADVANCE.
Any damage to the house, loss of property, or keys will result in a damage charge.

If you are two guests, we will prepare a double bed.
If you would like to sleep one in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed, please let us know in advance.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The area is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is completely independent with a parking space in front of the house. 200 meters away is a large supermarket with a pharmacy open every day, including Sundays; 150 meters away is a bus stop; nearby is a public park and the Arno River promenade; 200 meters away are tennis and paddle courts.
