Apartments Florenz - Duomo Exklusiv

This apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) of a characteristic building set on Via Nuova de' caccini, a small and quiet street just off via della Pergola, where a historical theater is set, and a few minutes walk away from Piazza Duomo.

The whole place has just been renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail, combining the rustic features of typical Florentine homes – such as exposed wooden beams, and parquet floors – with a contemporary styling chosen for the interior design.

Every room shines with natural light thanks to the high ceilings and the bright windows, well accompanied by the light color palette chosen for the furniture.

This apartment can accommodate up to four guests thanks to the master bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room.

The living area consists of a large and bright open space, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining area for four, plus a modern and fully equipped kitchen, for you to be able to enjoy a home-cooked meal whenever you'll feel like it.

From the kitchen, you'll also have access to a lovely outdoor balcony, equipped with a table and chairs.

The master bedroom is beautifully lit and welcoming, featuring a queen-size bed, a large closet, and night tables.

A fully renewed bathroom, bright and spacious, fitted with a walk-in shower, completes the property.

This lovely apartment is the ideal choice for a couple, a family, or a group of friends looking for a stylish and well-located place for their holiday in Florence. Located just five minutes away from the Duomo and the lively Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood, with all its restaurants, workshops, and markets, the apartment is the perfect starting point to explore all of Florence on foot while also enjoying the Florentine lifestyle, immersed in art, history, food, and great shopping.
