„Just ok but cheap !“

„When we arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. I thought they had a better than average breakfast buffet with a good selection. I had their egg white omelet, sausage links and a some oatmeal. They have the coffee machines that grind and brew, so coffee was great with a good selection of creamers and sugar. I would choose that as a stay again near the twin cities.“

„We booked a double queen room and when we open the room door there were suitcases there. So we ended up with a king room. We were there four nights and housekeeping did not come for any of the three days. The hotel would not provide any compensation for these issues.“

„Staff is awesome. Room was clean. Landscaping need some care and tidying up.“

„No hair dryer in the room, asked at Front Desk and their response was only that some rooms have them, some don't. Reservation for 3 adults and towels provided for just 2 people - asked and Front Desk didn't seem to understand that each adult requires their own bath towel. Bed sheet with hole in it - clearly visible when bed was made. Housekeeping inconsistent. One day missed completely. Another day the bathroom was done but bed not made.“

„Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property.“

„We really liked the location - restaurants and shopping close by but still quiet surroundings. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner and was a bit dated. Breakfast was good and offered a typical selection (coffee, eggs, toast, jam...). Hotel is overall okay, especially for a shorter stay.“

„Although the hotel advertises being “newly remodeled” it was very clear they did it as cheap as possible. The lobby looked decent but the room we stayed in was awful. Random stains on the bathroom sink, the bed frames were metal and the entire bed would slide across the floor anytime you moved, the sheets were covered in random hairs, the laminate tile floors were not very clean, and there was chipped paint in several places. Overall it was very run down.“

„Room 251 was more like a B2 bomber taking off in your bedroom. The AC was locked in this room and could not sleep. The room was also extremely high in humidity to where the sheets and clothes were damp. I did speak the manager and she apologized for this inconvenience and will have maintenance look into the issue. She also credited me for 1 nights stay. Hopefully this was just a fluke with this room.“
