„Shuttlebus von und zum Flughafen war sehr gut. Dafür muss man aber das Hotel anrufen, was nicht einfach ist, wenn man nur auf der Durchreise ist und das Mobiltelefon vor Ort keinen Empfang hat.
Das Hotel ist ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens, ansonsten ist die Lage nicht besonders gut (kaum Restaurants oder Geschäfte in der Nähe).
Das Zimmer war ok und sauber, aber nicht besonders toll. “

„Wir hätten einen late check in gehabt. Leider haben wir keine Informationen erhalten und telefonisch war nur ein Anrufbeantworter zu erreichen. Wir mussten uns kurzfristig ein neues Hotel suchen. Such haben wir keine Erstattung erhalten. Mir ist es egal ob das Hotel oder Expedia den Fehler verursacht hat. Ich hatte den Ärger und durfte dafür auch noch bezahlen. Eine Absolute Schsnde ist das. Schämen dolltet ihr euch“

„Great location, great style, friendly staff. Though, try to avoid 1st-level rooms as they are quite dark and don’t have (if any) nice views. We stayed 6 nights and booked a studio suite about 3 months in advance. We were put in 1st (of 6! floors). After asking to be moved, we were moved within 1st floor. If you can, try to explicitly ask for higher level in advance. “

Leider weist das OAKS St. Kilda Rd nicht auf den Zustand ihres Gebäudes hin sowie auf die Tatsache, dass hinter dem OAKS eine gewaltige Baumassnahme stattfindet.
!. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserrohre jaulen und dröhnen die halbe Nacht durchdas Gebäude.Im 4. Stock, den wir bewohnen mussten, weil im vorgesehen 2. Stock vier grosse Trockenagggate einen Wasserschaden bearbeiteten ( Lärm und Staub ),war der Spektakel der Wasserrohre derart, dass man sein eigenes Wort ...

„The room was excellent and clean, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great location with tram stop just a few steps away. Generally quiet despite being located on a main road. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not working, and construction noise a couple of doors away meant no Saturday or Sunday sleep in past 745am.
Other than that, enjoyed my stay. “
