„Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! “

„We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. “

„Die Cottages liegen in einem wunderschönen kleinen Dorf, Sie sind toll und sehr geschmackvoll hergerichtet und es wurde viel Wert auf jedes Detail gelegt. Das Frühstück war klasse! Die Inhaberin war sehr bemüht, uns alles zu zeigen und unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen - insbesondere, dass extra ein Baby-Bett organisiert wurde auf unsere vorsichtige Anfrage im Vorhinein hin: richtig gut! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit empfehlen.“

„We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!“

„The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!“

"Ich habe kürzlich wiederum eine Nacht im Chricklade House Hotel in Cricklade verbracht und war wie immer begeistert. Das Hotel ist charmant und liegt traumhaft inmitten der Cotswolds und bietet viel Ruhe und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. "

"Das ist von einer uralt Gebäude ausgemachte Hotel! Gebäude rundum ist eine größere Garten mit sehr dichte Bäume, unglaublich sehr sehr schöne uralt Innenausstattung: roter Leder Couch, Kamin, Original massiv Holzboden aus 1800…. und sehr besonderes ist, frühstück in einer so genannte „Gedichte Restaurant“, mit uralt Bücherregal, jeder Handgriff von den Bücherregal ist einer bekannte Gedichter‘s Kopf, von Handarbeit damals in 1800‘ gefertigt. Wunderbare schön! Natürlich auch die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterin! Sehr sehr zum empfehlen! Unvergesslich eine Hotel in meine ganz Leben!"

" The rooms themselves are okay. Unfortunately, one of the double beds squeaked, which always woke up our daughter at the slightest movement. It is very inconvenient to spend the night there with suitcases or possibly a wheelchair as there are many stairs leading to the individual rooms. Therefore, before booking, you should check whether there is a room available that wheelchair users can access. The view of the river is beautiful. The walk to the city center isn't far either. "Unser Doppel-Comfortzimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war sauber aber das Waschbecken leider viel zu klein, gerade einmal zum Händewaschen geeignet. Auch gab es keine Klobürste, was sehr unangenehm war. Im gesamten Interieur sollte modernisiert werden u. ggfs. die Zimmer vergrößern, durch Zusammenlegen der kleinen Doppezimmer. Das Haus selbst ist sehr stattlich und wunderschön gelegen. Es bietet viel Potential!"
