„Brilliant, I did leave a review on Google maps also. But I really enjoyed this stay. Me (m19) and my partner (F18) decided to go on a whim and book somewhere nice on Saturday night. It was a nice idea as we got out of her parents house. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean with a nice bathroom, kitchen, living area and bedroom. We cooked ourselves a meal and had a nice bath before heading out. It's literally on the doorstep of town so everything you need is within walking ...

„The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. „Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.“

„We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!“

"Basic good Hotel - but way to small rooms! You cannot even put on small bag somewhere, where it doesn’t block the way. Also breakfast is quite expensive for what you get. But the staff was really nice and helpful, when we had a strange noise in our room, we got help right away and could switch the room. "

"Gott sei Dank waren wir nach einer Nacht wieder weg! Angefangen hat alles mit hausgemachten Problemen beim Check-in. Beim Gang zum Pool dann das nächste Erstaunen! In 34 Jahren mit unzähligen Reisen, musste ich mich noch nie für einen time slot im Pool voranmelden.... Immerhin hatten wir so viel Glück, als dass in 10min ein 45min Schwimm-Slot frei war. Wohlgemerkt der letzte Slot für das gesamte anstehende Wochenende! Aber auch da gab es Probleme.... Kinder dürfen nicht in den Whirlpool. Wir wurden also herauskomplimentiert. Dann kam die Nacht, welche um 01:00 jäh durch eine massive allergische Reaktion unseres Sohnes unterbrochen wurde. Irgendetwas war im oder am Bett (vermutlich Milben), auf das er reagierte. Immerhin war der Nacht-Rezeptionist freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit ausreichend Handtüchern als Laken- und Deckenersatz versorgt. "

"Dust on the shelves, red drops on the bed linen, a small insect in the other bed linen, a tap from which water was splashing around, the bathrooms were in a state that would require renovation and you wouldn't want to shower in them. Cleanliness is the minimum we expect from a hotel room and we don't want to have to complain about it. In general, I don't think it's appropriate to call a hotel dog-friendly if you are excluded from the breakfast restaurant and have to eat outside in the corridor. Your hotel is no longer an option for us. Staub auf den Regalen, rote Tropfen auf der Bettwäsche, ein kleines Insekt in der anderen Bettwäsche, ein Wasserhahn aus dem das Wasser durch die Gegend spritzte, die Badezimmer in einem Zustand in dem schon eine Renovierung notwendig wäre und man ungern darin duschen möchte. Sauberkeit ist der Mindestanspruch den wir an ein Hotelzimmer haben und wir möchten nicht dafür das Zimmer reklamieren müssen. Im Allgemeinen halte ich es nicht für angemessen, ein Hotel Hunde-freundlich zu nennen in dem man aus dem Frühstücksrestaurant ausgeschlossen wird und draußen im Gang essen muss. Ihr Hotel kommt für uns nicht mehr in Frage. "
