„When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never.“

„No/Zero communication from listing agent even after our reservation and money were accepted. We were not able to get access to the apartment and had to seek alternative arrangements.“

„Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb.“

„Very nice, modern flat. Very close walking distance to center of old town. Near train tracks, but not so near as to be bothered by train noise. Building will be better when construction is complete, some small amount of construction noise during the work day. Would recommend to friends! Thanks!“

„A very well presented apartment. Set in a nice quiet location but also very nicely situated closely to a very large shopping complex. No check in desk but was not a problem for me because of my arrival time was within check in hours. I came over the Christmas period and somebody even met me on Christmas Day to give me access to the property so I was impressed with that. „L'appartement de Martin est en parfait état, confortable et agréable à vivre. Bien agencée, la terrasse est bien agréable. L'immeuble est à 5' du centre historique magnifique. "Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum ca. 5 min. Bis zum Zentrum! Sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt! Sogar ein Spabereich mit grossem Whirlpool und Saunas gibt es! Gerne wieder!"

"It was a very pleasant stay again. I have been there a couple times already and the hotel is nicely allocated, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR."

"I was very impressed with all the wonderful young women that were working during our 3-night stay. They were very focused on our comfort and happiness the entire weekend. It’s because of them that I am giving a 5-star review otherwise I would take off one star for the shower issue. The overhead shower was broken and all we had was the handheld wand that only pointed horizontally when sitting in the holder. With one shower door missing it made a big water mess in the bathroom when we showered. However, all the women working throughout the weekend apologized and did everything in their power to show us they cared about the situation. The other thing that I want to point out is how clear our room was. I am very impressed that the kitten that we adopted and picked up in Košice went under the closet and came out clean. I figured he’d be covered in dust and there wasn’t anything on him. They were also very considerate of our situation with our new kitten. I can highly recommend staying here to anyone. Just note, that they do not have an elevator. "

"Hotel sa odporuca. Izby su ciste a priestranne. Ranajky formou bufetu su velmi dobre. Vecer si este mozete pripit. Zial, podobne ako v Nemecku sa siri zlozvyk brat psa do restauracie. Je to nehygienicke, pretoze hostia sa dotknu psa a potom idu na ranajky formou bufetu. Ani to nie je v poriadku, ak je pes krmeny v restauracii. // Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Abends kann man noch etwas trinken. Leider breitet sich, wie auch in Deutschland, die Unsitte aus, einen Hund ins Restaurant mitzunehmen. Das ist unhygienisch, da die Gäste den Hund anfassen und dann auch an das Frühstücksbuffet gehen. Es ist auch nicht in Ordnung, dass ein Hund im Restaurant gefüttert wird. "
