„We didn't like the Check-in. It was very stressful because the Code we received via mail didn't work. It took 3 calls and 2 hours before someone could help us and we got a new code. We were tired and exhausted after a 10 hour flight and then all this stress that was really unnecessary. We liked the facilities in the room, espacially the kitchen. It was clean, you had a lot of space and you even got small kitchen utensils. “

„Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.“

„Unser Aufenthalt war ein bisschen enttäuschend. Zunächst einmal hatten wir eine „echte“ Ferienwohnung erwartet und nicht eine normalerweise vom Eigentümer genutzte Wohnung. Auch dass die Wohnung insgesamt einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck machte, war nicht so sehr das Problem, sondern eher, dass sie nicht ganz unseren Sauberkeitsstandards entsprach (das einzige Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, waren 4 Gläser, und die mussten erst einmal gründlich gespült werden). „I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. „This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00 ...

„My family stayed in this condo while attending a week long event held at Mineral Hills Resort. It was the perfect location. The condo was the perfect distance from the venue. The condo was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Michael was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Great place to stay. “

„I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. "The area around is not the best, but if you are aware, it’s nothing to complain about. In three minutes you can reach the metro an Manhatten is just a 25 minutes ride away. Breakfast is typical American, but still tasty. Especially good if you don’t want to search for Restaurants or Cafes as first activity in New York. Again, if you know what you booked, this hotel stands out. We were very happy and satisfied. "

"Ich hätte die Bewertungen anderer Gäste ernst nehmen sollen. Auch ich hatte zuerst ein Zimmer im 8.OG, das zum Nachbarzimmer durch eine dünne, nicht dichte Tür getrennt war. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption war ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer möglich. Das Hotel MOCA im Norden von Manhattan liegt im Bereich des Gebietes "Little Dominican Republic", wo man besser Spanisch denn Englisch sprechen sollte. Vermutlich wird das Hotel von Nicht-US-Bürgern geführt. Im Bad musste ich für Dusche und Waschbecken das Wasser mehrere Minuten laufen lassen, damit das Wasser einigermaßen warm wurde, wobei die Dusche letztlich nur spärlich Wasser versprüht hat. Die Heizung hat trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen zeiweise nicht funktioniert. Es bedarf einer gewissen Resilienz, um es in dem Hotel fast zwei Wochen auszuhalten! "
