„This cabin is in a great location. For fishing in Lake Seminole, you couldn't ask for a better setup. Lots of beautiful property with plenty of oak trees around it. The cabin is spacious and the host, Jill, is friendly and quick to respond to any issues or questions.“

„I’ve stayed at a lot of rental houses on lake seminole and this is our favorite, very nice house, very comfortable beds, very nice dock with boat lift to keep my fishing boat and kids actually enjoyed swimming at the dock……we will definitely book again next vacation if available “

„We enjoyed our stay. Plenty room for four trucks and boats. 8 guys fit well inside and out. Property was was beautiful and peaceful. Only 2 issues outside of anyone's control, were Gnats and to thick grass to travel through the area to get to the river. Close drive to the state park and has multiple other options for launch's. Thank you for your home will absolutely come back next time we fish Lake Seminole!!“

„Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back!“

„What a beautifully appointed boathouse! It exceeded our expectations in every way! Very clean, hosts quickly responded to our questions, and seemed to have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and special! Loved the led candles on the screen porch after dark, spacious living room/kitchen and master bedroom, just everything! We highly recommend a stay here!“

„This is the second time we’ve stayed at the boathouse and we have really enjoyed both times. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“

„Repeat visitor. Home is spacious, clean and well equipped. Very close to the Jim Woodruff Dam boat ramps and Lake Seminole. Plenty of room for parking with a boat and trailer. Quiet neighborhood in a friendly town. We will keep coming back! “
