„Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back!“

Only 2 issues outside of anyone's control, were Gnats and to thick grass to travel through the area to get to the river. Close drive to the state park and has multiple other options for launch's. Thank you for your home will absolutely come back next time we fish Lake Seminole!!“

One thing to note for future guests: the home is not very handicap accessible, so it may be challenging for those with mobility needs. The best part is the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of sunrises, perfect for enjoying coffee first thing in the morning. Only complaint we have is the TVs. The living room tv was difficult to operate and we couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work at all.“
