„Moderne Apartments mit sehr guter Ausstattung in direkter Nähe zu einer Metro-Station. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im Haus, ein großer an der Metro-Station. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Santiago mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zügig und kostengünstig zu erreichen. Ein Minuspunkt: An den Wochenenden feiern Nachbarn im Haus und in den umliegenden Gebäuden teilweise sehr lautstark bis mindestens Mitternacht, so dass das Schlafen schwerfällt, was bei ...

„O apartamento era bem confortável, estava bem limpo. Ficamos 7 dias e foi feito arrumação 1 vez neste período. A cozinha estava equipada com um frigideira, 2 panelas e utensílios para até 4 pessoas. A única questão é o chuveiro que não é bom, sai pouca água, de resto é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Local tranquilo, dá para ir a pé em mercado, restaurante, uma galeria com lojas, lanchonete, casa de câmbio e o metrô. “

„Die Unterkunft ist sauber und groß. Man hat eine kleine Küche und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Lage ist top, alles in der Nähe. Man kriegt am Abend Frühstück aufs Zimmer geliefert. Das Frühstück ist typisch chilenisch. Es gibt leider nur Toast, manchmal Obst und leider nur Instant-Kaffee. Achtung bei den Eiern: Wir haben sie roh geliefert bekommen. Dachten, sie wären gekocht. ;-) “

„Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price.“

„The people were friendly and the room was like a studio apartment, with a mini kitchenette and living area separate from the bedroom. Absolutely wonderful… and they have a self service washer and dryer if you ever need to do laundry. “

„It is an appartment on the 9th floor of a 22-storey building. There is a little pool on the rooftop of the building, and they have a cardpark in the basement, 5 storeys underground. The appartment itself is rather small, but is equipped with everything necessary. The aircondition would benefit from some regular maintenance I suppose!“

„Nice location. Breakfast was ok. They didnt clean our room/apartment every day, but every two days. That was a minus. As well that they tried to give us a different room until we complained (tried to gove us a smaller room). Altogether it was ok but not as good as we expected. “

„Die Wohnung war praktisch und für 3 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider fehlte in einem Schlafzimmer die Klimaanlage und es waren auch keine kleinen Küchenmesser vorhanden. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auch weiter empfehlen.“

"Gute Lage, 7min von der UBahn Station entfernt. Cafes und Shops direkt nebenan. Sichere Gegend. Zimmer sind grosszügig, die Ablagefläche dürfte grösser sein."

I expected a better service, but…

"I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately. "
