„In die Jahre gekommene Hemlock Lodge mitten im State Park. Am Hang gelegen und mitten im Wald, viele Vögel und Eichhörnchen aber wenig Blick. Gute Betten aber Möbiliar und Badezimmer sind alt zuweisen zahlreiche Gebrauchspuren auf. Alle Zimmer haben großen Balkon. Leider nicht allzu sauber. Im angeschlossen Restaurant gab es sowohl morgens als auch abends Buffet. Preiswert aber auch nur allenfalls durchschnittlich gut. Die Natural Bridge kann man zu Fuß in einer 3/4 Stunde erreichen. „Was having a great time till storms came and blocked road and drive for us to get out. No power for over 18 hours so we headed home early thanks to 2 guys who cut up trees and helped us get out which was ver sketchy!“

„Very beautiful area! Cabin is secluded. Road is steep. Bed is too soft. Appreciated laundry appliances, hot tub, and deck. A larger microwave would be a simple upgrade. Good place for quiet relaxing. “

„The cabin is wonderful! Very comfortable. The owners were kind enough to give us a late check out to accommodate a funeral we needed to attend. The outdoor space is wonderful as well and we were able to use the hot tub while visiting.“

„House was perfect. Clean and cozy. Outside of house different story. Lots of weeds and not country setting like described. Take the 130 I paid for the night and invest in a weed eater and the place would be perfect. As always we made the best of it and had a blast at the Bigfoot festival “

„This cabin was wonderful! for such a good price I didn't anticipate the location to be as amazing as it was. Close to all the hiking and kayaking, but so secluded up on a mountain. Timmy was so responsive but gave us full privacy. An outdoor heater that worked AMAZING and feeding the donkeys were extra perks. “

„Lovely place for my husband and I for a getaway. The place was clean and well organized, they had everything we needed. They asked that you bring your own shampoo and toothpaste, I would recommend also bringing some cooking oil or butter and your own coffee. We got to watch the lunar eclipse, it was beautiful! My highlander had no problem getting around the terrain even after the rain. The hottub was amazing after a long hike! I would definitively visit again, highly recommend. “

„Beautiful property, however the gutters were overflowing with leaves and it rained while we were there. They definitely need attention soon. The floors were uneven and there is some broken tile in the kitchen and bathroom. There were cobwebs and dust on the fixtures and several light bulbs inside and out that were not working. I would also suggest a good cleaning of the windows. Hot tub had a funny smell to it, not like chlorine. A mixing bowl or two would be good to have as well. It was ...

„Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote. Beds were comfortable and cabin was nicely furnished and the hot tub was great! NO WIFI! It does have a smart tv but had little to no cell service so plan your trip and download directions ahead of time. Zero complaints here but wifi would be a great addition. “

„I was in the area to do some weekend prior to attending a work conference. I needed a place to rest between trips and this property offered the basics that I was looking for (bed, shower, toilet, & kitchen). If you’re looking for the basics while in the area, this is a great spot to stay, It’s definitely nothing fancy but served me well and I enjoyed my time here.
